Moderators Jake Lo Posted November 21, 2019 Moderators Share Posted November 21, 2019 That's normal whenever you force shutdown a computer. Have you verify / confirm if the HDMI cable is good? Have you tested if HDMI is working on this system while on Windows? Maybe try running a virtual Linux OS and test the connection?
matthewhack673
Yes, because I have to force shutdown when it gets freeze, i use the display and the hdmi for a play station 4, but i'll try to use it tomorrow with a windows laptop to see what happens, before i change the default config.plist to the parched config I could use it perfectly but without the graphics etc fixed, and if i change it to the parched ones that you send me the first time (a few months ago) the hdmi connection get bugged and the computer gets freeze. Moderators Jake Lo Posted November 21, 2019 Moderators Share Posted November 21, 2019 In that case, try booting with the following boot arg so you won't have graphics acceleration and see if HDMI works -igfxvesa
matthewhack673
It works correctly but my graphics card is disabled so I only have 7 mb

Moderators Jake Lo Posted November 22, 2019 Moderators Share Posted November 22, 2019 Just to confirm, with this, you're able to get external HDMI monitor displaying? Is the external monitor 4K? Try booting with this boot arg -igfxnohdmi
matthewhack673
with the -igfxvesa i'm able to run it on an external monitor but when I use the other boot arg (-igfxnohdmi) it happens the same like before, so gets bugged, freeze etc, it doesn't work. it's not a 4k monitor, the resolution of my laptop is 1920x1080 and idk about the resolution of the external m
