JawhnL5
It may be due to the bootpack, I think Leon is working on one.
JawhnL5
Bootpack added in the Bootpack Generator. Download the one for D630 Intel X3100 1440x900 and try that. If it doesn't work, make a new myHack installer and use that Extra.
Axis1968
I am in the same boat. This is how far I get. Any help will be appreciated. Am I susposed to run myFix on the usb device after I copy the Extra folder to the usb device?

Am I susposed to run myFix on the usb device after I copy the Extra folder to the usb device? Have you tried booting -x or pmVersion=0? Also try running a myFix Full mode on the USB stick if those fail.
Administrators Hervé Posted June 27, 2012 Administrators Share Posted June 27, 2012 If Snow Leopard is the target, why don't you try using ModCD (or ModUSB if installing from USB key) to see if you encounter the same issue? My experience is that ModCD/ModUSB gets you to initial installation completion without the need of a bootpack but a few actions are required before 1st reboot: 1) copy of DSDT file to /Extra (absolutely mandatory on Intel 1440x900 D630, otherwise black screen at reboot and external screen required) 2) install/run EDP to install model-specific kexts + latest Chameleon bootloader That normally gets to a "basic" bootable system. Updates can then be installed as required (but remember to re-run EDP after installation of 10.6.8 combo update).
