Dell inspiron 5558 (i5-5250U + HD 6000): seeking help to install Sierra

Hey Crew,

I tried 5558_HD6000_Disabled-920m_A.zip bootpack but there is some problem(it won't show pendrive) after some modification in config.plist it works like magic and everything is working only [Audio and WiFi problem]. I think Audio will be fix after reboot.

but now problem is wont boot after first reboot that and error is "system uptime in nanoseconds : xxxxxxxx"

Please help me...

Dell insprion 5558

Cpu: intel i5 5250U

Ram: 8gb

SSD: 220gb

Gpu: intel hd 6000 / nvidia 920m 2gb

Use Config.plist from the bootpack. Your issue was that you're missing HFSPlus.efi which is included in the EFI_4184

Note: Bootpack (EFI) consists of combining the Generic EFI + the model you're downloading!!!

 

If you don't want to use the Generic EFI, you could mod the Config file, under Disable Drivers, remove VBoxHFS, that should fix issue you're having.

Replaced EFI folder with EFI_4184.zip 

And clover Folders Files with 5558_920M-Disabled_A14.zip 

 

And booting try with VBoxHFS and without VBoxHFS [by Removing VBoxHFS] 

but error is still there "system uptime in nanoseconds : xxxxxxxx"

try booting with USB installer and then select the installed drive with verbose mode

I Installed Sierra again with EFI_4184.zip & 5558_920M-Disabled_A14.zip (https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/8506-dell-latitude-inspiron-precision-clover-guide/)this guide step by step followed and booted successfully and working fine...  

But audio doesn't work   

I tried VoodooHDA 2.8.8.pkg , VoodooHDA 2.9.0 Clover-V10.pkg , Vanilla AppleHDA 10.9.3 & VoodooHDA.kext but doesn't work...

please help me to fix...

Not seeing the dummy audio kext (AppleHDA_ALC255).

Remove AppleHDADisabler.kex and VoodooHDA.kext from /S/L/E

Remove AppleHDA_ALC255 from /L/E

run the above commands again

Download and place this in /L/E 

once again run the commands and post output here. If encounter status 77, rerun the touch and kextcache commands until no more error.
