mr.kasper
Hi all! Can someone tell me, the laptop does not see hard drives. I tried both ssd and hdd. Disk Utility only sees the flash drive. Tell me, what's the matter? Maybe a driver forgot? PS: I install through Openсore, Monterey

Moderators Jake Lo Posted November 1, 2022 Moderators Share Posted November 1, 2022 disk is not even detected in the BIOS. Make sure it's attached securely or that's not defective.
mr.kasper
But the Windows operating system is installed on this disk. I tried other SSD drives (SanDisk, Kingston). I also tried regular HDD. The installer does not see disks. When choosing a disk from which to boot the system, the disk is visible (this is an old disk from another computer on which Mojavi is installed). But there is no ssd in the installer. Moderators Jake Lo Posted November 2, 2022 Moderators Share Posted November 2, 2022 the EFI you posted didn't have the kext I attached shown on the config file Here, replace the config with this and add the kext to your kext folder Archive.zip
mr.kasper
Hello! Yes, I added this kext to my folder and updated the config file. But still, the situation is the same. disks are not visible to the installer, although the ssd is visible when booting. did you download my EFI folder from google cloud, did you watch it? Again, after your files, the installer does not see the disk .... (Where is the error in the settings?
mr.kasper
This is my new efi folder and config file. With it, the installer does not see disks (as per above screenshots). What could be the problem? However, when choosing a boot disk, there is an SSD disk. EFI.rar
