Latitude E5440: Trying to make it run macOS Big Sur

Hello.
I've been trying to fix this EFI for over a week now and I'm not getting it.

Specifications:

Dell Latitude E5440

DualCore Intel Core i5-4300U

Intel Haswell

8GB DDR3

Intel HD Graphics 4400

Nvidia Gefroce GT 720M

Realtek ALC292

Intel Dual Brand Wireless AC 7260

Intel Ethernet Connection l218-LM

What's not working:

Graphics acceleration;

Internet;
Audio;
Bluetooth;
Brightness control;
Fn button.

It works:

Ethernet;
Keyboard and mouse;
Trackpad;
hdmi.

I tried to use some wifi and bluetooth kexts that I found in the dortania guide, but none of them worked.
If anyone can tell me what I can do to solve these problems I would be very grateful! :D

I took some prints that maybe can help.

Sorry for the delay to answer you. Thank you very much for helping me!

It's working now:
graphics acceleration
Brightness Fn keys
Intel Wireless
Audio
BT

I noticed some problems:
Trackpad is working like a normal mouse without the gestures (I think I accidentally removed ssdt-xosi);

Powering off and Sleep causes it to restart;

When I turn it on, a warning appears on the screen saying that I turned off the computer due to a problem.
