Precision 5520: No HDMI output

After sleep the laptop screen still isn't coming to life, external HDMI has to be unplugged and re-connected.

 

I've been using Hackintool to switch to MBP 13,1 but I'm still seeing MPB 13,3

 

USB ports back with USBPorts_5520.kext with Monterey (Big Sur not seeing them) once I edited the config.plist to look for it.

Using Jake Lo's Precision 5510 O.C. 0.8.5 + USBPorts_5520.kext = HDMI + all USB ports + ethernet (hub) / no screens after wake from sleep with Monterey.
