I have another problem. I have a laptop NP900X3A-B01RU. Yes, it's a different laptop from those described in the topic, but still. When using the EDP I get almost all of the devices working, yes, need to fix something, but it's not difficult. But the main problem! Not working properly display backlight, the picture is in a fog. I understand that the problem is in the EEPROM/EDID display, as other model of laptop (NP900X3A-A03US) works, at least, I find it on the network DSDT patches for this model. I guess if I replace the EDID, then I can solve this problem. But I don't have never been able to find the information which model display should in NP900X3A-A03US. I have a display LSN133AT01-801.

I'll be grateful for any information.

Thanks.

Thank you Bronxteck,

but it didn't help. It will help to fix resolution and color improvement.

It seems my problem occurs with displays Samsung (and it seems not only LVDS?). If not loaded AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext I don't have problem with the quality (backlight) of the display image.

I also derive the following patterns:

AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext + AppleIntelHD3000*.kext = work quartz, resolution, brightness control, but doesn't work properly backlight

AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext - AppleIntelHD3000*.kext = work resolution, brightness control, but doesn't work properly backlight, quartz

- AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext - AppleIntelHD3000*.kext = work properly backlight, but doesn't work quartz, resolution, brightness control

- AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext + AppleIntelHD3000*.kext = work properly backlight, but doesn't work quartz, resolution, brightness control

I think the problem in the AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext. But what to do with it I don't know :(
