w762nato Posted May 31, 2012 Share Posted May 31, 2012 Well I'm from Canada nearly 60 years young and wanted to try OSX for my first time on an older laptop. I have access to my wife's Imac it uses no password to keep it simple as possible. I was going to use Myhack building a USB boot stick but myHack requires root permissions via sudo to perform the installation. Please enter your password. to install I don't use one.
