Just read up the EDP pages above, they contain the step by step guide, then follow the process. Upgrade your CPU to a 64bit Core 2 Duo (strictly FSB667) and you'll be able to install and run Lion 10.7, even ML with the MLPF hack, in which case head over to the EDP->Supported Models with Guide forum section for a detailed guide.
