BaPaRoy
Everything was running as I expected. I ran EDP using Dell Optiplex 755 files. Everything seemed to be OK, so I rebooted. I now get: OSX Latitude Apple OSx10.9 with arrow point downward and message in upper left: "Darwin/x86 boot v5.0.132 - Enoch r2266 Build date 2013-10-09 04:09:45 3958MB memory Entering -F and boot verbose, I receive: loading Darwin 10.9 Loading kernel cashe /System/Library/Caches/com/apple.kext.chches/Startup/kernelcache Can't find /mach_kernel Press a key to continue. . . I've tired to use -x but to no avail. The computer is a Dell Optiplex 980 with 4 gig ram, ATI video card.
Administrators Bronxteck Posted February 13, 2014 Administrators Share Posted February 13, 2014 have you tried naming the kernel during chameleon boot? type in mach_kernel -v add any other flags your using. maybe there is a volume path entry in org.chameleon.Boot.plist for the kernel that does not exist on your machine. BaPaRoy
Since I cannot boot, it's not possible to see whats in any of the file structures. My option seems like possibly a re-install.
Administrators Bronxteck Posted February 13, 2014 Administrators Share Posted February 13, 2014 yes it could be a corrupted installer. but if chameleon boots type in the flags i posted
