TGudde
Hi there, I recently successfully installed Mavericks 10.9.2 on my samsung rf711 laptop. It took me a while to get the intel hd 3000 working, but all is running smooth now. There is only one problem: When i boot in Windows 7 it doesn't recognize my Nvidia GT540m video card! It's not in the device manager anymore. It only showed up when i completely broke my hackintosh partition due to a kernel panic. How do i get my Nvidia card back so i can use it in windows again? Thanks in advance for any help!
Administrators Bronxteck Posted April 18, 2014 Administrators Share Posted April 18, 2014 did you shut it off in bios to get osx running i think it's called optimus?
TGudde
My bios doesn't allow me to shut off a video card. My card indeed works with optimum, but that doesn't make a card disappear from the device manager when it's not being used. Trust me
