burtlm Posted November 22, 2014 Share Posted November 22, 2014 I am new to this forum and I am trying to build a Hack with a D-830, Dual Core T8100, 4.00 GB Memory, NVIDIA Quadro NVS-135M. During install, I can get to the screen to select which drive to install from, then I get to the Language Page, after a minute or so, I get a message stating The OS X installation couldn't be completed. I tried to save the report but could not do so. I noticed that if I "X" out of the page, I can get to "Utilities". I'm confused whether or not to format the hard drive because of this message. I am also confused about the Extra Folder. Should I install that with "MyHack" when I am preparing the thumb drive or do I do that after the install is finished? Thank you very much. Select my own and point to the D830 boot pack you'll have previously downloaded. Please read up the documentation found under EDP menu at top of the page.
