vostro 1500

A friend wanted to osx his vostro 1500. From what I can gather, it's close to a 1520 with nvidia graphics.

I don't care if everything runs, just kinda workable.

Without any kext updates I can boot it from usb stick, but if I boot it from disk/chameleon I get a kernel panic in ioatafamily kext. (disk)

I was kinda hoping one of the other supported kext packages would be close enough to make this work (possibly the 1300m)

Any help on getting me at least booting?

Found it... bug in mac osx 10.6.0. Updating to 10.6.3 fixed.

I used 820 with nvidia kext and things seem to be working.
