Hello Reema

I think If you could  Successfully install this card in your laptop But after this may be you face a bios whitelisting error due to lenovo Bios

security because The card you have is Dell OEM part so it will not work in your pc

So if you want a internal wifi card Please look Here Link--http://www.aliexpress.com/item/BCM94352Z-Fru-04X6020-AC-BT4-0-867Mbps-For-Lenovo-B40-B50-E40-Y50-YAGA-3-WiFi/32606556914.html?spm=2114.30010308.3.100.ET1Yqb&ws_ab_test=searchweb201556_9,searchweb201602_4_10017_10036_10005_10035_10006_10034_10021_507_10022_10020_10018_10019,searchweb201603_9&btsid=6fc94ef2-4f5d-4314-bcec-00679db3cc71

It is original FRU part of lenovo so it will pass Bios Security and also support to mac osx 10.11

according to my market Research its available at good price compare  to others  so if you want go for it

Hope my post help you
