reddpen
After following the guides posted here, I managed to get a functional OS X 10.11.4 install on my E7270, however it does not have wifi or ethernet connectivity. After some googling, I found this: https://github.com/Mieze/IntelMausiEthernet I have an Intel I219-LM network adapter, but I am not sure how to install the drivers in the link above. Apologies if its a silly question, but I have very little experience with this. I did also read that Intel network cards are unsupported, but I'm more confused now since I found these drivers. Thanks!
Moderators Jake Lo Posted March 12, 2017 Moderators Share Posted March 12, 2017 Intel Ethernet is supported but not the Wireless. You'll need to replace it with a supported card suggested in my E7x70 guide, DW1560. The ethernet is supported with the IntelMausiEthernet kext from my bootpack. Some found that disabling Legacy Rom Option in the BIOS will enable the Ethernet. Mine works either way. Give that a try. Make sure that IntelMausiEthernet is in /clover/kexts/other or in /LE/ Or /S/L/E to work.
reddpen
Thank you for the quick reply! I could have sworn that Legacy Rom was disabled, but apparently it wasn't. I disabled it and ethernet fired right up! Now I just need to order a DW1560 and I'll be set.
