    i cant seem to find the MSR thinggy at my bios so if i install this will this effect any of my current ssdts and dsdt? afraid it will create kp on boot

    well i dont understand the term "old élan touchpad kexts" its that include appleMultitouch.kext as well?and i dont have appleps2keyboard or voodoops2controller.kext

    @toper55 did u delete the kext on extra folder also or just the one in S/L/E?

    Well I am booting thru chameleon.i did not boot using usb..can u list out what did u do to make it work??

    i have installed the élan v 2.1 final but gets a kp on it....i have deleted the files as stated but i cant seem to find the elan old kext and also the voodoops2 kext i only have appleps2controller and also apple acpips2nub the rest i have not found Here is the pic

    i am using chameleon...so the steps of installing is all the same asthe front page?just delet the 4 kexts rite or there are addiditonal steps?

    do u mean u must boot from usb each time?or just once just to install the kext

    i see so i need to edit my dsdt..hmmmi hope someone here can help me as i am not familiar with coding.....one more question...can i use the dsdt i have extracted previously before i update my bios or must reextract again due to updated bios?

    hi i wanted to ask if i have updated my bios do i need to re-extract the dsdt again? osx 10.8.3 need to enable or disable geforce GT610M on my Asus A55vd thank you in advance... dsdt a55vd.zip

    hi I am currently have a nearly fully working hackintosh on my asus a55vd.basicly everthing works ecept for wifi card and also card reader and not forgetting my gpu geforce 610M. well my main reason open this topic is becoz I need help from professionals that knows how to edit a dsdt either to ENABLE OR DISABLE my geforce gpu....here I attached my extracted dsdt from my system...thank u for all your time...ur help will be appreciated. .. ASUS A55VD - Bios version 411 i hope i get the version correct i just copied it from bios setup page Edit.. Finally there is someone very helpful n kind help me edit n patch my dsdt..now my hackintosh is working much better with much lower temp....even the battery life have extend...

    I am from malaysia I am a newbie in hackintosh well I have installed mac on my laptop which took me nearly 3weeks to complete....searching for tutorial here and there till I end up with my hack..now I have a fully functional hackintosh I am in to hackintosh bcoz of the software is much much cheaper than win....n its suitable for photo editing n etc.i like sinplycity n also the GUI is damn nice my skill level is moderate I hope other members here can help n share thier experiences...as I will try to help n share mine too... thanx
