Does my ssdt.aml file need to be fixed as well I wonder. Ill try herves dsdt in a couple hours. I will reinstall with new dsdt and instructions afterward

Ok tried reinstall with new dsdt file and still freezing on progress bar after copying kexts and repairing permissions any other suggestions

also do i put it on the installer usb in the same folder?

I’ve reinstalled it about four times so far with the same issues happening.

I tried that. It seems to load fine then it shows the apple logo and no progress on the progress bar

Yes I did that exactly step by step. Even tried with kext wizard. Before I do the copying it boots into OS X fine from hard drive. After I do those steps the booting freezes half way on the apple progres bar. I even did the Applehda file separately to see if that was causing it. It still booted after I did just that file so something going into library extensions is causing this

I can boot into OS X right up until the kext copying step

Jake. Everything works fine up until it says on his guide to copy the kexts to /library/extensions and /system/library/extensions then repairing and rebuilding kext caches. After that is when the computer freezes at the apple screen on reboot

And verbose mode goes verbose then screen goes black for a minute then shows apple screen as shown below. Freezes there
