i patched the DSDT and are now running Sequoia https://hackintosh.com/

i cannot get this working , im a novice , plesase help me with an OC config.plist

ive a E7270 Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 500GB ive attempted making a config.plist , but i dont have proper tree and im not skilled at it, i understand that to make it work on a e7270 id have to edit the config.plist to make it run SONOMA thanks in advance EFI-1.0.3.zip

ive dowwloaded Sequioa but when i try add my usb , it says........ select local disk ,selected USB will be erased, please backup any data NO DISK FOUND ,ive tried every usb port , multiple USBs , formatted both ms.dos, exFat and macos extended , its not having it ,the same issue with other OS, never used to do this, outside OCLP they all work fine

can you provide a link to early feedbck as i cant seem to finf it

no i have not got an extra internal drive , im trying to install ona 2nd partiton on my ssd

i dont follow, do you mead another SSD , when you say disable and enable the one im intalling windows on , disable secure boot and enable what on the target partition ......

ive a e5470 running Sonoma , ive formattted the main ssd as GUID, It wont let me complete install of windows 10 or 11, ive tried the regedit hack , also tried with disabling Secure boot and mIne is TPM 2.0 , tried also with RUFUS running ina vurtual enviroment, still will not install, ive done this for the last2/3 years succesfully .I get the same error message no matter what method i try .please help !

the program is called GenSMBios-master https://github.com/corpnewt/GenSMBIOS it updates the current config.plist GenSMBIOS-master.zip

when using SMBIOS it wont let me save the config.plist as a MacbookPro15,2, staying at MacBookPro14,2 Herve is it actually possible to run sonoma on a e5470 ?

its al good now, works then doesnt then does , sporadic, loose wires maybee need to take the lid off have a look

SMBIOS will not allow me to change the smbois to MacBookPro15,2 on my E5470 is this because my machine dont fit the criteria , ive read somewere that it works on a e5440 , isnt thebe5470 a higher spec ??? thanks in adance config 2.plist.zip

i removed the AirportBrcmFixup and it failed to boot from my efi on usb ,just froze when the code was scrolling downbegan opon booting up

ive 2 e5470s and just booted up the faulty wifi e5470 .....and its working again , its sporadic . i dont want to turn it off now cause its working, IOReg , sporadic wfii.zip

ive an E5470 500GB running Vebtura but there is no wifi , ive a DW1820a installed , it works when i boot into install USB utilities but not on the SSD, ive 2 e5470s both the same specs, EFI iconfig.plist exsactly the same on each Can someone shed some light on the problem please config.plist.zip

ive a E5470 16gb 512gb ssd , DW1820A running Ventura opencore 9, it unexpectly shuts down without warning , no problems in windows 11, ive a brand new original battery and charger, my other 2 e5470s have the same spec ,, one of which runs kali purple (this is fine ), it has to be the bootloader as W11 and Kali no probs at all , rather annoying when im in the middle of work in finak cut pro and similar. config.plist.zip
