Problem solved! I forgot to enter these commands: sudo chmod -Rf 755 /L*/E* sudo chown -Rf 0:0 /L*/E* sudo touch -f /L*/E* sudo chmod -Rf 755 /S*/L*/E* sudo chown -Rf 0:0 /S*/L*/E* sudo touch -f /S*/L*/E* sudo kextcache -Boot -U /

I ordered the DW1550 on amazon, I will receive at the end of the month. the built-in speakers work well but not the jack output, there is no sound but a huge background noise and crunches. yet macos tells me that the output used is headphones
