Thanks for your response. I followed these steps:
- Deleted the folder drivers64UEFI
- Installed the most recent version of Clover with the above-mentioned settings.
- Restarted my computer.
WIFI still visible, but still not able to turn it on.

@Jake Lo Here is the debug file.

@Jake Lo Tried that a couple times with a few reboots. Still no luck.

Hey @Jake Lo thanks for your response. I tried:
networksetup -setairportpower en1 on
Since en1 is where network chip is being registered.
No dice. Still not turning on.

@Hervé Thanks for your response. Yes, I meant DW1560 (updated in original post). No, I wasn't aware of the needed patch.
Is this what I need to do?
P.S. Uploaded the files you asked for in case that helps.

I followed @Jake Lo's guides to get Mojave working on an E7250:
Everything works spectacularly except the wifi, which is expected since I had the Intel Wifi card. So I bought the DW1560 (BCM94352Z) wifi card. I installed and now the wifi icon is there and it looks like in system information it's recognized as a broadcom card. However, I'm unable to turn the wifi on. I tried a few ideas to fix it, but non worked. Has anyone had this problem and if so how can I fix it? Feel free to ask any clarifying questions. Not sure what other information to provide, sorry Hackintoshnoob.

Hey! Thanks for everyone's help. I found a solution for my problem.
#1 I updated clover and did all the stuff Jake Lo mentioned.
#2 Removed FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext from the EFI partition
#3 Moved AirportBrcmFixup.kext and lilu.kext to L/E/
#4 Rebuild kext cache
Now wifi and bluetooth are working. However not sure if BT was working previously since I mainly focused on getting wifi to work.
