The config I was using had pci14e4,43a0. I tried 43a3 and 4353 instead, but neither made a difference. What did work was adding brcmfx-country=#a as a boot-arg. That got it from 40 MHz to 80 MHz. I thought I had BrcmBluetoothInjector, BrcmFirmwareData and BrcmPatchRAM3, but they’re not showing up as installed in Hackintool. Guess I’m still missing something there.

Welp, the DW1820A I ordered from everyone's favorite online auction site finally arrived. The seller's image for the card and the sticker on the card both indicated it was the 0VW3T3 card. I installed it yesterday and don't have Bluetooth. Wi-Fi works, but maxes out at 25 Mb/s. I used an Ubuntu disk to "try Ubuntu" and had functioning Bluetooth (transferred a file to my phone) and full Wi-Fi (300+ Mb/s wireless on 400 Mb/s connection). Turns out I'm lucky and got a card with the 0023 subsystem ID instead of 0021. So... what to try next, if anything? It seems odd that it functions, albeit slowly. I assumed it would either work or not work. I guess I can live with it, but 25 Mb/s seems painfully slow these days.

Nope, haven't noticed any flickering. Is it constant?

Sweeeeeeet. Finally listened and copied all of the files and it's working now. Much appreciated! Looks like I can add a DW1820 card and be ready to go for Wi-Fi? Also, what causes the black screen when waking from sleep? It looks like darkwake since the screen is briefly backlit. I tried 'acpi-wake-type | Data | <01>' in device properties and 'darkwake = 0' boot arg with no result.

It won't boot when switchable graphics are enabled in the BIOS. It always restarts and is disabled automatically. BIOS is latest version, 1.21.3 UEFI enabled, AHCI enabled, secure boot disabled. Here's the problem/panic report from the "didn't shut down properly" warning after it does boot. No graphics acceleration. No transparency on the dock, tabs in Safari display weirdly when it's not fullscreen (black and turns gray as cursor goes over). Chess is jittery. Overall, it's usable, but not ideal.

I've downloaded the files and copied the AMLs and kexts to my EFI. Does the hardware ID need to be updated in the disable GPU aml? As far as switchable graphics, I am enabling them in BIOS (leaving discrete unchecked). It goes through the verbose, but restarts before getting to the Apple boot screen. It then completely boots. After restarting and going into BIOS, switchable graphics is disabled. So switchable graphics is getting disabled by something during boot. EFI.zip

Updated the platform location. Switchable graphics keeps disabling itself in the BIOS. I forgot to mention that I also have an NVIDIA Quadra M1000M... minor detail = ) Looks like I need SSDT-Disable_DGPU.aml? I tried adding -wegnoegpu as a boot arg, but that didn't seem to work. Tried using the device properties method to disable, but that resulted in no boot and a reinstall.

Newbie here. I've managed to go from knowing practically nothing about Macs on Thursday morning to having a sort of working Hackintosh by Friday evening, thanks to the awesome work of so many others documenting this process! However, I've spent the entirety of Saturday trying to figure out the graphics. I'm stuck at "Display 8 MB" and cannot get the Intel graphics to be recognized. I feel like I've tried everything, but can get nothing to work. I'm sure I'm overlooking something simple and have probably missed several steps. I started over with a clean install and added the iGPU properties per the OpenCore install guide (I think), but still can't get anywhere. Below are the system specs and attached is the EFI. Any help and direction is greatly appreciated!
