With Bluetooth enabled, go to System Preferences > Bluetooth > Advanced > and now make sure the top two checkboxes are empty: "Open Bluetooth Setup Assistant at startup if no keyboard is detected" and the one for mouse/trackpad. To get full brightness back, I use the AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer.kext from Snow Leopard (10.6.8). (No 64 bit support, so still booting with arch=i386.)
  2. I do not, since I didn't experience any audio delay. VoodooHDA seemed to give me a kernel panic this morning. However this was after about 30-40 trouble free boot ups. The kext I used before gave me KPs half the time I tried to boot.
  3. Thanks for this! For some reason the "official" VoodooHDA (2.7.2) gave me random kernel panics on almost every other boot. I've been using this kext for some days now and haven't had one KP. (On a D620 GMA950 running Lion.)
