I'm facing the same problem. Even after a new installation and using an old Extra-folder (Version 4), the internal screen was black. External Screen was working. As a work around, I'm using the D620 NVS configuration right now (see https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/2102-d820-lion-black-screen-nvs110/)
