I did not change the dsdt.aml from your boot pack e6x00, I found a Dell Optiplex 760 with the same AppleIntelE1000e.kext, and install with Kext Utility, it has more value of ICH9, and it really working in 10.7.2, I also do AppleHDADisabler.kext then install your VoodooHDA,next for IDT sound card, this time, it is not dead.

Your SD, Bluetooth is not working even installation.

Anyway, I will try to install the boot loader for direct HDD booting, and hope it will be lucky.

I download it, and run in Mac Lion 10.7.2, need Java, so I download Java for Mac Lion fm Windows platform and transfer, it cannot work until reboot lion.

 

I also check the AppleIntelE1000e.kext, it real has key 0x10f58086 under ich9 inside.

 

Because it is too many contents in the dsdt.aml from I get it in Debian, of course I can use vi to fast search, same in DSDT editor.

I remember when I try to install os out of Microsoft, it is impossible to be driven in Solaris/Linux/FreeBSD, so I post in forums.freebsd.org and a higher level staff guided me to download intel firmware to write in dos, I follow then LAN nic can be driven in all system, in FreeBSD it's name em0, Linux maybe e1000, different with 82566, so I guess it will be ok next Monday.

For Bluetooth and sd reader, it is not important for me, I want2 develop iOS program only.

How ever, now dell kb and mouse, sound works.

By the way, do not install lion at 64 bit otherwise intern keyboard will not work at all.

FORCE copy AppleAzaliaAudio.kext and VoodooHDA.kext in S/L/E then Kext Utilty run once, reboot, IDT works

 

Force copy new AppleACPIPS2Nub.kext and ApplePS2Controller.kext in S/L/E then Kext Utility once, reboot, Integrated mouse works.

 

How ever, Mr. Mariusz's INTEL82566 and Bluetooth, VoodooSDHC do same, no dead, how ever, they did not work.

now, I make sure that M4300's IOATAFamily.kext and FakeSMC.kext works normal.

 

Dear Mr. Mariusz's INTEL82566 is not good for me.

Same with the VoodooPS2Controller.kext and VoodooPS2Keyboard.kext.

 

is there any mouse.kext for the E6500 ?

I have a question, how to change the AboutMyComputer in lion, I guess it is the smbios.plist

My PC should be 2.5Ghz Intel Core2 Duo, 4GB 800Mhz DDR2, let me try to change the HDD /Extra/smbios.plist whether it will be dead again.

Run kext wizard and in the 2nd page installation choose 0EDP.kext, choose System/Library/Extensions, target is the HDD lion, click install, input password, then it displays Done after a few min.

 

Now return the 1st page Maintenance, choose S/L/E and mark two options below, target is same above, click Execute. It takes long min.

I disconnect the USB keyboard on dell e6500, and insert 2nd USB pen with FAT32 for importing the KextWizard software and 0EDP.kext who I get from Mariusz, thank him again here!

 

Attention that no edp current for e6500, so I make a rush and hope it can be useful for all latitude users.

Anyway, I think to install lion 10.7.0 on E6500 is complex and unstable.

 

So I write detail for my action here.

 

1. Prepare a desktop HP Elite 8000 for import one virtualbox4.1.8 image in Win7, open CMOS vt-x, adjust it for working.

By the way, FreeBSD9 just update the port so that FreeBSD9 can also run Virtualbox4.1.8 now, I follow the guide and success.

 

2. use myHack EDP for make the pen

Choose Create OSX 10.7 install disk

Choose my 16GB SanDisk with only 1 partation

Browse installESD.dmg to continue

Choose Generic not myown

after done, delete /Extra in the pen

download M4300 bootpack and unpack /Extra to the pen

replace the dsdt.aml from my friend Mariusz

keep the M4300 org.chameleon.Boot.plist with M4300 original

use Chemeleon wizard 4.0 to change the Serial No in the smbios.plist

 

3. insert the pen in E6500 and boot from it to be install. and the keyboard is working during

My destination is that only Mac system in the 120GB HDD, SATA with AHCI opened in E6500 A25 bios.

install is ok, how ever, the pen cannot choose the installed lion boot after pen boot.

My destination is also installing hackingtosh lion 10.7.x in my Dell E6500 (4GB, intel P9500 & wifi5300 & 82567LM & ICH9 chipset, nvidia quadro NVS160M, IDT audio)on my one hdd 120GB only (I also have other 2 hdd for Win7/XP/Debian6.04/FreeBSD9/PCBSD9) I really have no Mac air or Macbook.

 

I wonder to follow the top guideline to "http://www.osxlatitude.com/lion/" should be on a real mac device or I can do it in my Virtualbox in WinXP/PCBSD to make the USB pen for boot Dell to install hack MacOSX ?

 

I have done in Virtualbox for lion 10.7.0 success, how ever, it is real slow.

 

I found E6500 is easy to change the SATA hdd inside because it is a box fixed.

 

Or all of you can guide me how to place in sequence to change without bootpack-D830-nvidia easily.
