Can somebody please patch my Realtek Codec its my humble request...i desperately need my apple HDA working CodecDump.zip

HI can anybody help me patching my Lenovo G580 HDA patch for apple..its up and running with Mavericks 10.9.1...but the sound is not working... for me i tried patching my self..but i think am doing something wrong..please help me patch my AppleHDA...am posting my codec dump below. CodecDump.zip
