I also can't find a way to disable the continuous scroll. The old 3.8.5 could be disabled, but it occasionally crashed my pc. Edit: I fixed it! Auto2FingScroll NO Continous2FingScroll NO Intertial2FingScroll YES SlowScrollFilterValue 8 (from 5 before, i think this was the key)
