I've deleted and reinstalled the Mav Extra folder and now I get the stripped display/corrupted. What can I do?

I've tried but I get an Read-only file system error... also with sudo. But doesn't count the thing that I've copied the AppleIntelHD* with myFIX quick?

After a successful installation of Mavericks, when I boot to configure a user and start the OS for the first time, the screen boot screen with apple logo remains on the screen and the voice over command is instructing me of how to use the voice command and the keyboard. I cannot see anything beside the apple boot screen. How can I fix this?
