  1. With dark menu, it's more clear , but still not right. There was an clover setup I used that got the sata (not gpu) working. I can not repeat that set up . It was when I tried rehabman's nvme script. Though I can not repeat that now. I'm not really sure that had anything to do with sata working. I've started over several times, I guess that's what I'll do again.
  2. Yes. I followed it. Attached screenshot of graphics info. Notice washed out upper left menus (artifact?)
  3. No luck with those changes. I get this at the beginning of the -v boot: OsxAptioFixDrv: Starting overrides for System\Library]CoreServices\boot.efi Using relic block: yes, hibernate wake: no
  4. I have graphics acceleration - but artifacts. Still not able to boot from internal data drive. What DSDT/SSDT patches should be used? sata boot fails on: Waiting on <dict ID="0"><key>IOProviderClass</key><string ID="1">IOResources</string><key>IOResourceMatch</key><string ID="2">boot-uuid-media</string></dict>[ Funny thing: after failing on the above error, if I hot unplug the hd from sata and hot plug into usb the boot process resumes (like it had never failed) and I get to the desktop!
  5. Thanks again for your help! Cant use internal sata to boot so I need to check using the installer. I checked running diskutil in the terminal. No virtual drive showing but the internal drive shows up as external (doesn't even show in app Disk Utility). I used the DSDT that I created (not yours) and it correctly indicated as an internal drive and was able to boot from internal sata into El Capitan desktop. No mater which DSDT I tried there were artifacts (most notable the finder menu). During boot - LPC, usb and xpc errors indicated in verbose mode (both DSDT's) Sound and Ethernet work!
  6. You want the L/E kexts in Library/Extensions - not System/Library/Extensions?
  7. I can't seem to boot from the internal drive -maybe a uuid prob?? Boots from usb fine.
  8. Thank you!! Seems to be working a lot better. Had to do a complete reinstall though, the efi partition had some sort of issue (??) I'll report back with more info after more testing. Thanks again!!
  9. Yes, I have fixed DVMT to 96MB. I have used your (& others) install guide to get to where I am now. I am booting into El Capitan desktop. Frame buffer and LPC errors during boot. I'm assuming it's dsdt and ssdt related. I have tried rehab man's dsdt/ssdt fix method with limited success.
  10. I've been hackintoshing for 10 years on a dozen pc's. But need help on this one. I have installed to and am booting from the internal sata drive and able to get into El Capitan. I'm am booting from the internal sata drive. There are issues with LPC and graphics framebuffer that seem to be dsdt/ssdt or config.plist issues. I'll be glad to post a install method if I can get a little help! Thanks! The specs are: CPU: i5 6200u HDD: SATA 256 Graphics: Intel HD 520 Audio: ALC 3246 NIC: RTL 8111Family ** New Bootpack for 10.13.3** NOTE: Set DVMT to: Setup_var 0x434 0x03. &. Setup_var 0x435 0x03 ACPI is for BIOS 1.6.2 3470 10.13.3.zip
