  1. You may have faith but I don't. Act now to preserve your content assuming the worst. If they give you another chance, ok, but that's not the thing to assume.
  2. I know English is not your native language. The last email from her took away your option to pay the $500. You were given 72 hours to vacate. That's your only option at this point and you need to do whatever is necessary to safeguard your content if possible. There is no longer a choice here. Your only other recourse is call them on the phone and try to talk to her superior or whoever owns/runs the service. Don't waste any more time with her and don't send any more emails. They obviously don't want your business. I'm guessing they just brought in a new person who is "cleaning house" or they have decided that maximising revenue is important. Either way, this person is not interested in you as a client.
