Hi. I have 3012 combo with ar9485. I installed the BTFirmwareuploader.kext to S/L/E. And after restart my system won't boot. I got stucked at the prohibition symbol. What can I do? Do I have an alternative different to a fresh install. It's all my hard work to get my hackintosh working gone? I'm on (was on?) Sierra 10.12.6

hello. I had ar 3012 working perfect with your file. I finally found in my country a wifi dongle (tp-link tl-wn725n). It worked fine, but now my bluetooth is gone. It seems connected, but not pairing, o finding any device, or being found on any device. What could have happened? What should I do? Let me know what do you need me to attach for you to see what could be wrong. Thanks for your time, and your knowledge.

Another question. Will any card from or for a mac (laptop. 1/2 mini pic express) work???

Hello all. I've finally have my Lenovo u410, running ok with El Capitan os. I want to replace my wifi+Bluetooth combo card. It has a whitelist, so was suggested in other forums, that I should check the parts manual, to check if the was a compatible/supported card. I found that the AR9285 is not white listed, and was supported, according to this website list of supported/unsupported cards. https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/2120-supportedunsupported-wireless-cards-inventory/ I found two different options in this list, but none of them seem to be the exact same, as the card that is in the manuals. Will ANY AR9285 work? Or will it need different patching for every one? The one showed is: Liteon AR9285 HB95 BGN. Any answer will be greatly appreciated, because I really need the wifi. At least the Ethernet is now fully working. THANKS.

THANK YOU - THANK YOU - THANK YOU You saved my day. I tried everything for weeks trying to make my AR3012 (AR9485 combo) work, with no success. But this worked perfect on El Capitan 10.11. Just installed kext, and then restarted in windows, then mac again and BOOM. Now I`m listening music thanks to you. GREAT JOB. I don`t have a credit card, but as my grain of sand I made a post submitting my success, with a link to your post, asking for people to consider donations to help your great work. I hope it`s ok. I don`t have any way to turn it OFF, as I don`t have a button for that, but is nothing to worry. WORKS PERFECT, no delay. Will be any fix for turning it off? Do I have to run windows first, before OS X, every time? I have one more question that I don`t know if is related: Is AIRDROP supposed to work? I have internet via ethernet, and now bluetooth , but it`s not working. Any clues? Everything is working great, except for wifi (now it can wait), and obviously only integrated graphics (HD4000) even when my Lenovo U410 has also a Nvidia card.
