  1. Sorry I have a question. My hardware is v3 and I'm using v2.8.3. I am currently using a modified DSDT which enables fn keys. (fn+f12 and fn+pause to adjust the light) But after I upgraded to v2.8.3, my previous fn keys are not working (fn+f12 and fn+pause). I tried to modify the plist, but I cannot disable fn keys. Also I tried to use the keyboard.kext from v2.1.3, fn keys worked but my touchpad was not functioning. How can I get my previous fn keys worked? Thank you very much.
  2. I am using 2.1.3 ML version. I tried ElanTouchpad_ML_V1.7_Final_V3_Only.zip and ElanTouchpad_v2.1_Final_Mountain Lion.zip. This problem exists in both versions. Could you upload your working plist so that I can check whether the settings in my plist is correct or not? Or is there any kext that I forgot to delete? I export the list of my kexts in kext.txt in the attachment. Thank you. kexts.txt
  3. The log says it is detected as v3. FirmWare Version 4525825 The touchpad comes officially with my Acer 4830TG.
  4. Maybe I add some supplementary desciptions on it. If you press the physical button when your finger is touching the touchpad, then the physcial button will be no response. I try to change the settings in Trackpad Settings, however, nothing works. Is that a bug? Thank you.
  5. First of all I want to say thank you to you because of your great work. But I have some questions. I found that the physical button (left) is not "sensitive?" unlike in windows. Sometimes there is no response after pressed the physical left button, I need to press few times to do the clicking. For example, I want to open a folder, then I move the cursor to the folder and want to double click using the left physical button. But sometimes it only clicks once or even none. Another question is that how do I acheive the drag function by double tapping with one finger? In windows, If I want to move a folder to a different place on the screen, I move the cursor to the folder, then tap 2 times quickly and hold the second tap on the touchpad and move, the folder will be dragged.
