  1. Thanks nimrodel50, can you post your hardware, please - would like to see how similar it is to mine ...
  2. Sorry for not responding ... I am still on it. I guess I have fiddled around too much without really tracking everything, I guess I need to do a clean install. Tried out too much
  3. Thanks for the quick responses! I have added the Vendor and Device IDs into ATI5000Controller and AMDAccelerator kexts and added them to /S/L/E and added ATIConfig=Eulemur and GE=Yes to the boot.plist. The Bootloader is chimera (chameleon, stolen and rebranded) 2.0.1 as it was explicitely stated to support Radeon HD5450. Does that make sense? As mentioned, I see that Card and Framebuffer and corectly mentioned in the Chameleon Logs, that's what's confusing me.
  4. @anility: BIOS A17 for the 760 ? I can only find A15. BTW, I have: 760 DT working with ML, 500GB hard drive, 2GB 800mhz RAM (2 more to follow, soon). My current challenge (besides sleep) is the graphics card - Sapphire Radeon 5450, can't get the frame buffer to work i.e. no DVD Player. Chameleon log files shows correct Graphics Card an framebuffer, but after the boot it is back to Radeon 5000 with framebuffer generic - anybody having an idea how/where during the boot this is being overridden again? Thanks
  5. Hallo there, just got my first Hacintosh running - Optiplex 760 with Sapphire HD 5450. Looking to get ML recognizing the Graphics card completely and for a way to enable sleep. Guess 'DSDT' is the magic thing I have to approach ... Regards Bettyboo
