Solved with CodecCommander and a little configuration tweak.

I did some experiments with CodecCommander and mic does work after sleep, but i'm having issues with rear speakers, so i'm back with EAPDFix. What codec file do you want me to attach?

I tried EAPDFix 2.3.5 and it works very well on my GA-Z170N-WIFI Skylake build. Excellent work! The only thing not working is the microphone reset. It still stops working after sleep/wake. Anyone has a solution to this issue? Am i missing something? Thanks in advance!
