I have El Capitan dual installed on my hard drive but it wont't show in clover boot screen

Sounds like it's not a success install, format the partition and reinstall

El Capitan I presume since you're able to boot Sierra correct?

Yes, but i installed El capitan first then Sierra. Does the order of installation matter.

No, it doesn't matter. So you had El Capitan installed and then you added Sierra, but only Sierra is in the boot option and is bootable, not El Capitan?

Did I get that right?

 

As I mentioned earlier, the attached EFI file does not sync with the screenshot you had posted. Could be the EFI the system is booting from had the El Capitan partition hidden.

And btw is it because my partition is encrypted that it won't show on clover, because everytime i boot sierra, i get a prompt to enter my password to decrypt the El capitan partition
