Compatible mini-PCIe WIFI card with MHF4 / IPEX4 connectors?

Recommended Posts

Afaik, only NGFF/M.2 wireless cards are fitted with 1.5mm MHF4 connectors, mini-PCIe models normally have the bigger 2mm connectors. If you want to hook up a mini-PCIe WLAN card to MHF4 antennas, you probably need to look for cable adaptors.

On double checking, that card is indeed fitted with 3 x MHF4 connectors, so it's not something reserved to NGFF cards.

That could be your perfect card as it's an 802.11ac 1300Mbps card based on BCM4360 chip, i.e. supported OOB under OS X/macOS.
