Optiplex 3050 - Error :The recovery server could not be contacted and other issues

Does anyone have a solution for this?

i checked that the date and time in terminal was correct

i plugged in my network cable

issue 2:

I can only get to the setup screen using the display port, if i use the HDMI port, i get stuck on gioScreenLockState 3

Intel 250 express

Intel HD graphics 630

4gb DDR4 2400 mhz

500gb HD Sata

Realtek Ethernet

 

Realtek HD audio/Intel display audio

fixed the issue by doing the following in terminal

 

ntpdate -u time.apple.com

 

network cable has to be plugged in for this to work

 

installation now in progress

 

will post a guide with my plist if installation goes all the way through.
