satchitananda Posted November 1, 2018 Author Share Posted November 1, 2018 Thank you Jake , I have removed the AirPortBrcm4360 - fcvo patch , added Device FakeID under wifi 0x433114e4 in Config file using Clover Configurator and added FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext to /L/E , repaired permissions and rebuilt cache , restarted and I still am in the same situation Bluetooth will work however no wifi when I click on the wifi icon macOS says Wi-Fi:No Hardware Installed? satchitananda Posted November 2, 2018 Author Share Posted November 2, 2018 Thanks Jake , the wireless switch is on and the Bios is detecting it , interestingly in Window 10 device manager recognises the wan adapter etc...however no wifi in Windows 10 either...I am in contact with the person on ebay I purchased it from as it may be faulty hardware....
