iamlhhoang
Hi, Now, If I don't choose boot then my laptop will don't run next. Could I choose boot default after a time delay if I didn't choose boot? Thank!
Moderators Jake Lo Posted November 21, 2019 Moderators Share Posted November 21, 2019 Yes, in the Config file under Boot, enter the name of the drive (case sensitive) in Default Boot Volume, change Timeout to whatever timeout you prefer.
iamlhhoang
I using Mojave, but I use config file of Catalina. Can I choose Default boot is Catalina? Thank,
Moderators Jake Lo Posted November 23, 2019 Moderators Share Posted November 23, 2019 Catalina bootpack will run just fine on Mojave. But your question was to get system to automatically boot after time out, so you enter the name of your HDD, not version of MacOS your running. I hope that is clearer.
