hackymac
Yes, that is the correct file. I was going to attach mine, but could not also. I opened with Chameleon Wizard (DSDT -- Compile/Extract). It will convert the file to an editable DSDT.dsl(Which I saved to the desktop so I could find it easier). I then opened that in Text Edit. Scroll down, make the correction and save. Close Text Edit. The file should have a Chameleon Wizard Icon. Double click on it and a DSDT.aml file will also appear below it, along with a log. Replace the DSDT.aml in your extra folder with this new one. Be careful not to change anything else!! Hope it works for ya!

madmax
Hi, one new finding for my M4300. I use Parallels to run Win7 and a few Windows programs. When I try to install a new VM using the Win7 DVD then P7 can not mount the CD/DVD drive and aside of that it shows a message that the virtualization support is disabled and the VM might act slower. How can I fix that? Please assist. thanks, madmax
Administrators Syonagar Posted August 20, 2012 Administrators Share Posted August 20, 2012 Dear madmax, Look in bios and check that you have enabled virtualization. Chers!

madmax
Stupid me. I found it. Post behavior... Parallels reports that the CD/DVD Drive can not be mounted. So I can not create a new VM... Maybe someone has a hint for this as well?? Thanks Madmax
GameOver69
@Madmax.... How did you even get ML to install? I tried both unifail and MyHack installers, and cant even get to the install screen. Ive tried different flags such as -f, -x, PCIRootUID=1, etc.... and i keep freezing at the same screen. Here is a screenshot in verbose mode. Your help is greatly appreciated. madmax
Hi, I used the myHack installer with a USB stick and then I copied the extra folder from the Bootpack. This was actually the easiest install process I ever hat. I hope this helped. madmax
