adam
I am about to give up! I am a total noob, I have read pages and pages over the past couple of weeks and I am not getting anywhere! I feel like smashing my D620 up. I have followed the guides word for word and keep getting this message with Lion or SL... What am I doing wrong?? Administrators Syonagar Posted July 28, 2012 Administrators Share Posted July 28, 2012 Dear Adam, Have you installed the bootpack for your D620? Are you booting from usb or the hard disk? It seems that NullCPUPowerManagement.kext is not installed in your /Extra/Extensions. Go to /Extra/Extensions and see if the kext is installed. Cheers! Administrators Hervé Posted July 30, 2012 Administrators Share Posted July 30, 2012 How much memory do you have in that D620? It would really help to know the full specs of your machine like some of us indicate in our signature (model, CPU, RAM Qty, HDD size, graphics card, screen resolution, etc.).
