I have changed the CustomSMBIOS to false but still getting same error. Please help My Config CPU: 6th Gen Intel i5 - 6200U (Skylake) RAM: 16GB DDR4(8GBx2) GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520 LAN: Intel I219LM Gbit Wi-Fi: Intel 8260 AC Wi-Fi/Bluetooth SSD: Samsung 980 NVME 500GB config.plist.zip Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

At 12 min left the system reboot to macOS Update Assistant " A required firmware update could not be installed" I changed this info and still same issue. I see you have UpdateSMBIOSMode = Custom, you need to pair it with CustomSMBIOSGuid=Yes under Kernel\Quirks MacBookPro15,3 is also wrong for Skylake, should stick with MacBookPro13,1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
