Here's my experience install Lion on Dell Latitude D620

Purchase Lion Installer From Mac App Store

Download myHack Tools from http://myhack.sojugarden.com/

Download EDP or boot pack pick one according your notebook and graphic card from http://www.osxlatitude.com/edp/bootpack/

Extract BootPack from osxlatitude, put it somewhere on your desktop. ( it's containing Extra folder )

Open MyHack

Create USB Installer Lion using myHack

After Finish with creating usb installer

Open MyHack again

Install Extra ( my own extra ) from MyHack using boot pack downloaded earlier

Option :

You can resin tall Chameleon with the new one.

Hi, it'd be a good idea to provide the specifications of your D620 to start with.

Provided you have the correct CPU (Lion needs Core 2 Duo minimum) and you followed the EDP-based procedure available here, you should have no problem at all.
