You can head over here to get you SSDT patched for sleep. For usb 3.0, try this thread, it includes the kext download link. Try this attachment for Ethernet and remove BCM5722D.kext, run myfix to update cache Reboot and then head over to EDP after you're connected. AppleIntelE1000e.kext.zipFetching info... driedger Posted August 2, 2013 Share Posted August 2, 2013 For what its worth, I never did have any luck with the EDP and my core i7 e5430 either. Biggest problem I had was getting accelerated graphics working. See the other e5430 thread for details on how we got it working.
