Moderators Jake Lo Posted April 14, 2015 Moderators Share Posted April 14, 2015 You could start with this guide. Bootpack is in the link as well. I didn't spend a lot of time testing it but this should get your system up. You could experiment with it when you get it setup and running. Moderators Jake Lo Posted May 5, 2015 Moderators Share Posted May 5, 2015 As noted in the guide, your system has a Haswell CPU. Make sure to replace it in /system/library/kernels/kernel with the patched kernel.

Moderators Jake Lo Posted May 6, 2015 Moderators Share Posted May 6, 2015 just tested the bootpack with 10.10.3, no issue. Make sure to use the correct patched Kernel if you're installing 10.10.3. Can't use patched kernel from 10.10.2 or older. If you have an external video card, you'll need to remove that. In the BIOS, set all to default, apply and then set SATA Operations to AHCI. Also boot on the USB 2.0 port, not USB 3.0, you'll get a better chance of success.
