victor27rs
Thanks for the reply The bootpack has everything to solve the audio, WiFi, keyboard and touchpad?I looked at the posts but I was a little in doubt about how to apply this in my hack ... I have a simple guide for this?
Moderators Jake Lo Posted May 16, 2016 Moderators Share Posted May 16, 2016 The guide can't be anymore simpler than that unless someone else does it for you. There's no cutting corners, you must put in some work. Bootpack should get you audio , keyboard and touchpad. WiFi will depend on what you have. If it has an Intel Wireless, it's not supported and need to be replaced with a supported card.
victor27rs
Jake Lo, I applied bootpack, some problems were solved as the keyboard light, the boot and the video, but the battery appears in the bar with an X, the audio and the touchpad keyboard still do not work ... Do you have something else I have to do? thank you so much!
Moderators Jake Lo Posted May 17, 2016 Moderators Share Posted May 17, 2016 Make sure to update the DSDT with the one with FixBattery. For audio, did you copy the kexts in /EFI/Clover/Kexts/Other/LE to /Library/Extension then run the permission fix and rebuild cache?
victor27rs
I tried to do the update DSDT but the problem ... the audio could put kext but not working ... I have the impression that I'm moving in kexts and nothing happens what will? For DSDT has a special way to do?
Moderators Jake Lo Posted May 18, 2016 Moderators Share Posted May 18, 2016 Just copy the DSDT to /Efi/Clover/ACPI/Patched After copying the kexts, run this in the terminal sudo chmod -Rf 755 /L*/E* sudo chown -Rf 0:0 /L*/E* sudo touch -f /L*/E* sudo kextcache -Boot -U /
victor27rs
I copied the DSDT link "fixbattery" but stopped working ... reinstalled all ... now I'm trying to create a new DSDT ...You have another link with a ready DSDT?Sorry so many questions, I already have a hack on a desktop but for a long time or not I move with hacks ... Thanks
Moderators Jake Lo Posted May 18, 2016 Moderators Share Posted May 18, 2016 Only available here. No need to reinstall when it won't boot with the new DSDT. What error did it throw after you replace the DSDT? When you get to the clover GUI, hit space bar and select boot without cache. Post error here.
