See my Clover guide, bootpack on post #2, the latitude E6430s is very similar to the E6430, so try that bootpack. You might have to downgrade the BIOS version to A02 and then up to A11 otherwise artifacts will occur. You could try the install first to determine if your system will experience this issue as the E6430 / E6230 / E6430u. Wireless card most likely will need to be replace with a supported card if yours is an Intel. Check the Wireless link in my signature for list of supported / unsupported card / USB devices.
