Just compare the coconut battery readings with macos (activity monitor).
Also , check battery health by coconut battery .Mine is 85% , lost 15% in just 2months.
-
I bought a dw1560.
Please check battery status as requested.
-
You should know that usb wifi will cause problems with macos , such as battery drain and sleep. Do yourself a favour (if you want to stick with macos) and buy a compatible card like dw1560.
Can you check something for me ? Download coconut battery (free) and check if battery readings are the same as macos. At my laptop there is a 3-4% off.
And if you see any problem at all let me know.
Enjoy your macbook pro. I think you'll find out soon that our laptop behaves better on macos than on windows 10.

@gebele04 , Wifi/bt should probably be a qualcomm one , so won't be compatible with macos.
I have replaced the hd with a ssd sata and I've installed a m2 (not nvme) ssd.
@Herve , if you find the time could you please check my acpi hotpatch ? Thanks in advance.

You can download debug_7341.zip where you will find the clover folder. But , as I mentioned , I can't be sure that everything will work as it should.

Time to learn then...
Gave it my best , but I'm sure there are many errors to solve.
Can you take a look ?

Do I need a patches ssdt for _PRW for sleep, too ?
-
Wish I could.
I have read the guide but didn't understand a thing.
-
That's Ok.
I'm just trying to get the most out of my system. My system works ok but , since I'm noob , there might be room for perfection.

I'm asking for too much ?
-
Ok. Maybe bios update messed this up . Maybe some other things changed , too.
Can I ask for a big favour ?
Can you help me again from the scratch , to get a full working hackintosh ?
Here are some notices :
1) I prefer acpi hotpatch , if possible.
2) AppleAlc layout id works best as for audio quality set to 13. But with 13 i have a major problem. When waking from sleep cpu stays at 100%. If this can't be fixed I can use layout 11 which doesn't have this problem (I can't figure out why this cpu 100% happens).
3) No audio form headphones , tried all layout. For now I use alcplugfix , but It would be great not have to use it.
4) Screen resolution at 1920x1080 makes fonts too small. If I use scaled then quality isn't too good. I found a hidpi patch , but It would be great if you have another solution.
5) I would like to have I2C support for my trackpad.
If you think I'm asking fro too much just ignore me. I don't even now why you should spent time to help me.
Thank you in advance , anyway.

I have allready these on my kext folder. Nothing changed. Battery percentage is still off.
Major problem is that when it show 100% the battery actually needs 15-20min to get full charged.
-
Can you take another look ?
Battery percentage isn't accurate (3-4% off compared to coconut battery , which is absolutely accurate) , e.g. when it says 100% bios and windows 10 show 97%.
-
One problem remains for having full working system.
I'm using the folder you sent me but I'm having audio problem.
Audio is fine from internal speakers but when I connect headphones , they are recognised , but audio is a mess with a high frequence pitch.
-
I changed battery because previous had lost 20% capacity.
New battery has 95% , gaining 1more battery time.
Problem is that battery percentage is not accurate. It is 3-4% off (comparing to windows and bios). For example when macos shows 100% , windows 10 and bios shows 98% (10-12min charging left).
Is there anything I should change to my system because I changed battery ?
-
I see.
Is there any way to see if PCH is enabled on my system ?

I'm on Mojave 10.14.1 beta 3 with a Dell laptop.
I have some problems like trackpad not working as it should , battery life etc.
I would like someone to provide me with a proper working efi folder. Acpi patching if possible.
Thanks in advance for your time and effort.
Kostas.

Please take another screenshot (you can just go to applications/utilites/grab.app and save selection screen) when battery at 80-85%.
