I install with Optimus disabled but now sleep won't work. How to fix it?

I can't enable Optimus because the pc is locked from my factory. Do you know how to unlock bios settings?

Hi everybody. I have download the update from app store than using myhack I created the usb installer. I use the extra folder update in 01 12 2014 but at logo the screen become black. How can I fix it?
