I am downloading OSX 10.9 Is there any instructions on how to get it to work. I was going to just try upgrading or creating a boot install like 10.8.5. I will test it and see how it goes.

@patel4perez I tried, but the system did not want to boot. I am not sure if I am doing it right. Does chimera (chameleon, stolen and rebranded) 2.1.1 go on the main mac drive or the boot drive. I have a separate boot partition for my hackintosh. I couldn't figure how to get it to boot off the main hd so that’s why I did it that way. Also the "Extra" folder is in the boot partition not on the main drive. Do I need to copy and move the "Extra" folder to the main drive? one last thing Is it posible to get the display port to work or vga port in order to add a second montior?

Finally able to get almost everything working. I am able to boot up fast by disabling items in bios not needed. Only thing I cannot fix is Imessage not able to login and notification center freezing pc when I click on the icon top right bar. Not worried to much about notification, but if anyone has any ideas how to fix imessage. I did try a couple of things I found online, but it ends up causing the osx not to boot. Also I would like to thank everyone that has help me get hackintosh up annd running. This is a great forum, thanks again!

@Patel4Prez I tried doing it that way no go seems the keyboard and mouse are frozen for 8 to 10 min think it might be driver I will have to do some more research on it

@Patel4prez thanks for the info. Only thing i notice is when i boot up and I get to the screen where you type password takes 7 to 8 min for keyboard or touchpad to respond is there a fix for that?

I have 10.8.5 working with these instructions is there a way though to speed up the shutdown process and restart? I sometimes have to hold the power button 15 secs to shut it down.

Will these instructions work for a retail 10.8.5? I think that is the only one sold in app store

Does anyone Know how to get the trackpad to work? I was able to get the wifi and everything else to work, but I still can't figure it out. I have done allot of research before asking the question and tried a few things but I keep jacking up my hackintosh and end up having to re-do everything from scratch. Sorry I realized these instructions are for 10.8 I have a working hackintosh 10.7.3 from nishant copy. I will go purchase mountain Lion 10.8 and try these steps and see if everything works like touchpad and appstore.

@crew Thanks I ordered DELL Wireless 1395 Mini Card DW1395 4312BG . I saw it on the list hopefully this solves my wifi issue. Everything works except wifi and touchpad. Is there a fix for touchpad? also is there a way to have it boot of hard drive right now it is of cd. I have triple boot though ubuntu, windows, and 10.7.3 osx.

I seem to still have problems with the wifi that is originally on the dell 6410. I followed instructions but it does not seem to work is it that my internal wifi card might be diffrent? I probably need to order that wifi card exactly. Anyone have any Idea what I can do.
