At the OC picker, select the OS you want as default to load, hold Ctrl + enter. Next time your reboot, it'll automatically boot to that OS until your reset NVRam of course.

Did you try the files I attached here? Select the HD520 intel config and rename it to Config.plist

I don't use FileVault, system currently boots to login in 20 secs.

After scratching my head for awhile, I gave in and try booting your files. Just as you noted, webcam and audio both are not working. After comparing line for line and making different changes on the Config.plist and rebooting, there was no changes to the webcam and audio. I know it has something to do with IRQ so I look carefully at the HPET patch and notice a difference in the patches you have and mine. After making that one change and reboot, all usb port and audio started working.
Here's your new config file, add the SSDT to ACPI. Enjoy!
